I’ve been reading Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi Leia, Princess of Alderaan. I wanted to draw a younger Holdo because she’s described as being a very glittery gal who loves bright neon colors. Also, she’s just a lovable character. 🙂

I honestly just want to post the entire book, but can’t for obvious reasons, so here are some choice, slightly-out-of-context quotes:
“Today, you are going to play a game called Droid Dodgeball,” Kylo said.
They knew they’d made a big mistake. Kylo didn’t like anyone messing up his cool, long hair.
“Students,” he said while upside down. “Use your space pens to take this important note: You must never tell Supreme Leader Snoke what happened here today. This is the third gym I’ve destroyed this week, so let’s make this our little secret. Okay?”
