Sometimes I wish they had kept Snoke touching Kylo’s face (despite how uncomfortable it would have made me) because it would have perfectly contrasted the gentle touch Han gave to him, and fully illustrate that Snoke up until this point has become like a cruel surrogate parental figure to Ben.
The fanon that Ben was spoiled always fell really flat with me, like he’s never shown to have basically any material possessions… he’s a joyless ascetic monk…… he slept on the floor of a one-room stone hut at Luke’s, he wasn’t spoiled
kylo literally fails every test meant to bring him closer to being a dark, unrepentant murderer. Instead he’s out there feeling the Light before he even meets Rey, being textually weakened by killing Han to the point of the act spitting his soul in two, murdering Snoke as an act of love to protect Rey and yall out there telling me he wont be redeemed
not to be Like That but if you compare Kylo Ben to Gamzee Makara ever then I’m legally bound to tell you why you’re wrong.
